Training Plan

Check out our 8 week training plan that will get you ready to run or walk your first 5K at the 2018 Winnipeg Pride Run on June 2nd! Join us every Saturday at 9:00 am at The Forks starting April 7th if you want to run or walk with some fellow beginners. Meet at the elevator next to the ice-cream shop Neon Cone. Participation is free!

Course Routes 

The courses use mostly paved or gravel surfaces. There are ramps at the sidewalk on Tache that provide access to the Provencher bridge. Winnipeg Frontrunners wants participants of all abilities to be able to be part of our event.
